Rominserv S.R.L. is an engineering and industrial services company based in Romania and part of KMG International (Rompetrol). It acts as the group’s general contractor and maintenance arm for energy and downstream assets.
The company provides engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM), project management, industrial maintenance and turnarounds, asset integrity and reliability services, and commissioning for oil refining, petrochemical, storage, and utilities facilities. Rominserv is closely associated with the operation and modernization of Rompetrol’s downstream infrastructure, including the Petromidia (Năvodari) and Vega (Ploiești) refineries, as well as related terminals and pipelines. Its activities cover upgrades, revamps, compliance projects, instrumentation and automation works, and lifecycle services for process units. Rominserv operates primarily in Romania, with projects supporting KMG International’s regional footprint.
