Petro Rabigh appoints Worley for engineering and project delivery
- Worley will deliver engineering, project management, procurement support and consultancy across Petro Rabigh’s project portfolio.

- Work will support potential new process units, utilities, sulfur recovery facilities and associated infrastructure at the integrated Rabigh complex.
- Worley has supported Petro Rabigh since 2017 and will combine Saudi local delivery capability with its global network.
Scope of services
Worley will deliver engineering, project management, procurement support and related consultancy services across Petro Rabigh’s portfolio, including developing design basis scopes, conducting technical evaluations, preparing cost estimates, supporting FEED bid packages, and providing detailed engineering and execution‑phase support.
Project coverage
The services will support evaluation and development of potential new facilities and infrastructure across the integrated complex, including process units, utilities, sulfur recovery facilities and associated infrastructure, to advance projects aimed at enhancing the long‑term value and performance of the refining and petrochemical operations.
Delivery model and background
Worley will provide integrated engineering and project management services drawing on capabilities from Saudi Arabia and its global network to support project requirements through study, design and execution phases. Worley has supported Petro Rabigh since 2017 and will continue contributing to the development of the complex.
