Rabigh Refining and Petrochemical Company (Petro Rabigh) is a Saudi joint-stock company that operates an integrated refining and petrochemicals complex in Rabigh on the Red Sea coast. Established in 2005 and listed on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), the complex was developed by Saudi Aramco and Sumitomo Chemical as a major downstream hub.

Petro Rabigh converts crude oil and natural gas liquids into transportation fuels and a broad slate of petrochemicals. Its portfolio includes olefins (such as ethylene and propylene), polyolefins (polyethylene and polypropylene), glycols (including monoethylene glycol), aromatics, and related derivatives supplied to regional converters and export markets. The site integrates refinery and cracker operations to improve feedstock utilization and capture value across fuels and chemicals, supported by dedicated logistics at the port of Rabigh.
