OCI Global's subsidiary OCI Chemicals B.V. sold its remaining 2,612,962 common shares of Methanex (≈3.4% of outstanding) in a block trade on 20 April at US$52.85 per share, yielding net proceeds of about US$138.1 million after fees.

Following the disposition, OCI no longer owns or exercises control or direction over any Methanex shares.
