Refinery Expansion
The Rotterdam refinery's expansion is set to increase its production capacity to 2.7 million tons of renewable products annually by 2027. This will make it the world's largest renewables refinery, significantly boosting Neste's overall renewables production capacity to 6.8 million tons per year.
Investment Allocation
For the year ending December 31, 2025, Neste allocated EUR 610 million to capacity expansion and sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) optionality projects in Rotterdam. This allocation is part of the broader green financing strategy under Neste's Green Finance Framework.
Future Funding
At the end of 2025, the total allocated green proceeds to Neste’s eligible assets and projects in Singapore, Rotterdam, and Martinez increased to EUR 3,340 million. However, EUR 510 million remains unallocated, available for future green projects.
