Agreement
Delfin LNG and Gunvor entered a 20‑year sale and purchase agreement for 0.3 million tonnes per annum (Mtpa) of LNG, delivered on an FOB basis from Delfin FLNG1.
Delivery location
Product will be loaded at FLNG1, located approximately 40 nautical miles off the coast of Louisiana.
Infrastructure capacity
The Delfin brownfield deepwater port is configured to support up to three FLNG vessels and up to 13.2 MTPA of LNG production; Delfin owns the UTOS pipeline.
Regulatory approvals
Delfin LNG holds a MARAD deepwater port license and Department of Energy approval for long‑term exports to non‑FTA countries.
