Project Overview
Duiker Clean Technologies is establishing its AMMONEX pilot plant at Plant One in the port of Rotterdam. The plant aims to locally produce green hydrogen by converting ammonia, a hydrogen carrier used for long-distance transport.
Development and Timeline
Since 2022, Duiker has been developing process technology for efficient ammonia-to-hydrogen conversion. The investment decision for the pilot was made in early 2025, with test results anticipated in 2027.
