Customer and provider views
“APR represents exactly the kind of customer arcLABS was built to serve — a high-growth recycler pushing into more complex material streams who needs analytical certainty to back their commercial commitments. This qualification signals arcLABS’ commercial readiness and its ability to serve recyclers at production scale. We look forward to growing with APR as their network and ours expand.” — Chris Faulkner, CTO, arcLABS / Agilyx Corporation
“At APR, we've built our reputation on solving the recycling challenges others walk away from, and that requires knowing exactly what's in every load we process. arcLABS gives us the analytical depth and the documentation to back our quality commitments to customers and downstream partners. As we've grown our network and taken on more complex material streams, having a qualified lab partner we can rely on isn't a nice-to-have; it's foundational to how we operate.” — Steven Green, CCO, Advanced Polymer Recycling LLC
