Agilyx's GreenDot Global acquires Anviplas in Spain

Deal overview
Agilyx announced that its majority-owned subsidiary GreenDot Global has acquired Anviplas Spain, a plastic film recycling specialist based in Navarcles, Catalonia. The move marks GreenDot's entry into the Spanish market and follows GreenDot's integration of French recycler RG Group announced in March 2026.

Anviplas, founded in 1988, processes post-commercial and post-industrial films with an annual capacity of 30,000 tonnes. After the acquisition GreenDot will operate six mechanical recycling facilities—including sites in Hörstel and Eisfeld (Germany), Piacenza (Italy), and Tence and Saint-Pal-de-Mons (France)—bringing the platform's combined mechanical recycling capacity to approximately 175,000 tonnes per year across LDPE, HDPE and PP streams.
Financials and industrial value
The transaction was completed for nominal cash consideration after a pre-insolvency administrative process. Anviplas is expected to generate EUR 25 million of revenue in 2026 and includes roughly EUR 20 million of tangible fixed assets, which Agilyx and GreenDot say provides a capital-efficient route to scaling recycling capacity.
Workforce
Approximately 70 Anviplas employees will join GreenDot's expanding European operations, adding technical expertise and industrial experience to the platform.
