GreenDot Global Sàrl is the Luxembourg-registered holding company for the GreenDot group, a leading European platform for plastic waste collection, sorting, recycling, and supply of recyclates. The group operates under the well-known Green Dot (Der Grüne Punkt) brand, which originated in Germany in 1990 as the world's first nationwide extended producer responsibility (EPR) system for packaging waste.

Its core activities include EPR licensing services for packaging producers across 29 countries, mechanical recycling of plastics (including LDPE, HDPE, and PP films and bottles), advanced sorting infrastructure, and trading of secondary raw materials. It produces high-quality recyclates under the Systalen brand at facilities in Germany (Hörstel and Eisfeld), Italy (Piacenza), France (Tence and Saint-Pal-de-Mons), Spain, and Austria. The platform processes over one million tonnes of packaging waste annually, including more than 400,000 tonnes of plastic, serving converters, brand owners, and the circular economy.

GreenDot is majority-owned (50.1%) by Norwegian company Agilyx ASA, with the remainder held by Lafor; this structure followed Agilyx's initial 44% acquisition in 2025 and subsequent increase. The group has expanded through acquisitions such as RG Group in France and Anviplas in Spain. It positions itself as Europe's largest circular plastic recycling platform and Germany's third-largest recycling company, benefiting from EU regulations on recycled content and EPR.

Also known as Green Dot and Circular Resources Sàrl.
