YNCORIS GmbH & Co. KG is a German industrial services company and the site operator of Chemiepark Knapsack in Hürth, near Cologne. It provides integrated site management and infrastructure for companies in the chemical, specialty materials, energy, and recycling sectors.
Key services include utilities and media supply (such as steam, electricity, water), environmental and waste management, engineering and project management, plant construction and maintenance, logistics and site access, pipeline and storage infrastructure, as well as occupational safety, permitting, and regulatory compliance. YNCORIS supports customers from planning and construction through commissioning, operation, and modernization of process plants, enabling efficient integration into the shared infrastructure of the chemical park and facilitating new investments at the site.
A new plant will convert PET waste into reusable materials, supporting a fossil-free, circular economy at Chemiepark Knapsack, with operations starting in 2026.
The project studies CO₂ capture from waste incineration, aiming for climate neutrality. Success depends on political and financial support.
The hub will feature advanced sorting and recycling, covering 20 soccer fields, starting in Q1 2026. It aims to support the production of 2 million metric tons of recycled polymers annually by 2030.
