Wieland-Davco Corporation, doing business as Wieland, is a commercial construction company providing construction management, general contracting, and design-build services primarily in the United States.

Founded in 1958 in Michigan as The Don A. Wieland focuses on industrial, manufacturing, aerospace and defense, automotive, higher education, hospitality, and medical/laboratory projects. It emphasizes safety, quality execution, cost control, and long-term client relationships, often serving as a reliable partner for complex facility builds including manufacturing plants and institutional structures.

Ownership consists of five active executive shareholders following an internal buyout in 2021. The firm positions itself as a mid-sized national contractor with a track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget across diverse sectors.
