Wallenberg Investments AB is a Swedish holding company, established in 2020, that administers and manages the assets of the Wallenberg Foundations on behalf of the prominent Wallenberg family. Wholly owned by the three largest foundations—Knut and Alice Wallenberg Foundation, Marianne and Marcus Wallenberg Foundation, and Marcus and Amalia Wallenberg Foundation—it oversees long-term investments and corporate governance to grow assets for research and education grants.

Key holdings include a partial stake in the listed industrial group Investor AB and full ownership of FAM AB, which invests in companies such as SKF (bearings), Stora Enso (forestry products), Höganäs (metal powders), and IPCO (industrial processing equipment). Subsidiaries like Navigare Ventures focus on early-stage ventures in advanced materials and synthetic biology, while Nineteen Private Capital invests in alternative funds.

In the chemical and cleantech sectors, Wallenberg Investments has led a €1.4 billion financing consortium for Stegra's green steel plant in Boden, Sweden, committing €250 million in equity. The facility uses green hydrogen and renewable electricity to produce low-carbon steel, targeting up to 95% CO₂ reduction versus traditional methods.
