Turkish Petroleum Overseas Company Limited (TPOC) is the international upstream arm of Türkiye Petrolleri A.O. (TPAO), Turkey’s national oil company. TPOC manages and holds TPAO’s interests in oil and natural gas exploration and production projects outside Türkiye, operating through partnerships and joint ventures with industry peers and host governments.
The company’s activities span the full upstream lifecycle, including geological evaluation, seismic acquisition, exploration drilling, appraisal, and field development planning, with capabilities in both offshore and onshore environments. Through its participation in international licenses and production-sharing agreements, TPOC focuses on responsibly developing hydrocarbon resources to support regional energy supply and market stability.
