TenneT Holding B.V. is a European electricity transmission system operator (TSO) owned by the Dutch state and headquartered in Arnhem, Netherlands. It operates the national high‑voltage grid in the Netherlands and manages a large part of Germany’s high‑voltage network via its subsidiary TenneT TSO GmbH.
