SOCAR Midstream Operations LLC (legal name: SOCAR Midstream Operations MMC) is a wholly-owned affiliate of the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOCAR), established in the first quarter of 2015. Headquartered in Baku, it represents Azerbaijan's strategic interests in major onshore oil and gas export pipelines and facilities.

The company provides shareholder governance for key pipelines including the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) oil export pipeline, South Caucasus Pipeline (SCP), Trans Anatolian Natural Gas Pipeline (TANAP), and Trans Adriatic Pipeline (TAP). It serves as commercial operator for the SCP, technical advisor for the Western Route Export Pipeline (WREP), and oversees operational management for TANAP.

In oil midstream operations, SOCAR Midstream Operations manages Azerbaijan's side of crude oil transit projects, such as the transport of Kazakh oil from Aktau port via the Caspian Sea to the Sangachal Terminal, followed by delivery through the BTC pipeline to Ceyhan for export. Cumulative volumes transited have reached 4 million tonnes, primarily from the Tengiz and Kashagan fields.
