SkyKraft AB is a Swedish joint venture between SkyNRG and Skellefteå Kraft focused on developing sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) production. The company is advancing an electro-SAF facility at Näsudden in the Port of Skellefteå, Sweden.
The planned plant will use renewable electricity and biogenic CO₂ as feedstocks to produce up to 130,000 tonnes per year of electro-SAF. Current activities center on feasibility studies, design and engineering work leading to a Final Investment Decision targeted for 2027.
Project SkyKraft has received EUR 21 million in grant funding from Industriklivet, administered by the Swedish Energy Agency, to support these efforts.
