Sinopec-SK (Wuhan) Petrochemical Company Limited (中韩(武汉)石油化工有限公司), also known as Sinopec-SK Wuhan Petrochemical or 中韩石化, is a major integrated refining and petrochemical enterprise located in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China. Established in October 2013 as a joint venture between China Petrochemical Corporation (Sinopec, 65% stake) and South Korea's SK Group (35% stake), it became operational in 2014. In 2019, it integrated Sinopec's Wuhan refinery assets, solidifying its position as Central China's largest refining and petrochemical base.

The complex comprises a refinery in Qingshan District (188 hectares, 8.5 million tons/year crude processing capacity, 26 units) and an ethylene plant in the Wuhan Chemical Industry Zone (294.8 hectares, 1.1 million tons/year ethylene capacity, 15 units), producing around 3 million tons of chemicals annually. Key refinery products include gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, naphtha, BTX aromatics, LPG, sulfur, and petroleum coke. Petrochemical outputs feature polyethylene, polypropylene, ethylene oxide, ethylene glycol, butadiene, and styrene. It employs approximately 2,900 staff and recently enhanced its port facilities with intelligent berths for improved logistics and safety.
