RNV Infrastructure SRL is a Romanian company established in 2012 and based in Popești-Leordeni, Ilfov. It operates as part of the Renovatio Group, a pioneer in Romania's renewable energy sector founded in 2003, focusing on the development, construction, and operation of wind, photovoltaic, and hydro projects.
The company has been involved in significant renewable initiatives, including holding Electrocentrale Borzești, which develops approximately 1 GW of wind and solar projects in northeastern Romania. In 2024, OMV Petrom acquired a 50% stake, leading to a partnership for projects such as Gura Văii (50 MW), Podu Turcului (100 MW), and Poiana (155 MW) wind farms, now entering execution with production slated from 2027. A larger 657 MW Galați project awaits final investment.
