RNV Infrastructure SRL is a Romanian company established in 2012 and based in Popești-Leordeni, Ilfov. It operates as part of the Renovatio Group, a pioneer in Romania's renewable energy sector founded in 2003, focusing on the development, construction, and operation of wind, photovoltaic, and hydro projects.
The company has been involved in significant renewable initiatives, including holding Electrocentrale Borzești, which develops approximately 1 GW of wind and solar projects in northeastern Romania.
