PTSC Mechanical and Construction Limited Company

The company delivers integrated solutions for oil and gas facilities including central processing platforms, wellhead platforms, living quarters, topsides modules, subsea structures and FPSO modules. It also undertakes onshore industrial plants, PAU/PAR modules and construction services, and has expanded into renewables with windfarm substation platforms and foundations.

Established in 2001 as a single-member limited liability company and a key subsidiary of Petrovietnam Technical Services Corporation (PTSC) under the state-owned Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (Petrovietnam), PTSC M&C operates fabrication yards in the Vung Tau energy cluster with capacity for structures up to 25,000 metric tons and annual productivity exceeding 50,000 tons. It employs over 250 engineers and approximately 2,000 staff, supported by in-house detailed engineering capabilities.

PTSC M&C has completed nearly 80 projects for domestic and international clients such as Murphy Oil, Total, Eni and others. It is recognized as Vietnam's leading EPCIC contractor for offshore facilities and is increasingly active in regional and European renewable energy markets.
