About Phillips66

Phillips 66 is a U.S.-based energy manufacturing and logistics company headquartered in Houston, Texas. Formed in 2012 through a spin-off from ConocoPhillips, the company operates across refining and marketing, midstream transportation and natural gas liquids, and chemicals. Its chemicals business is conducted through Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LLC (CPChem), a 50/50 joint venture with Chevron, which manufactures petrochemicals and plastics used in a wide range of industrial and consumer applications.

Relevant to the chemical industry, CPChem produces olefins, polyolefins (such as polyethylene), aromatics, normal alpha olefins, and various specialty chemicals. Phillips 66 also supplies specialty products from its refining operations, including petroleum coke, solvents, waxes, and lubricants that serve as inputs or auxiliaries in chemical processes. The company’s extensive pipeline, terminal, and NGL fractionation network supports reliable feedstock supply to chemical producers in North America and abroad.
