Phillips 66 is a U.S.-based energy manufacturing and logistics company headquartered in Houston, Texas. Its operations span midstream, refining, marketing and specialties, and chemicals, providing fuels and feedstocks to industrial and consumer markets worldwide.
In chemicals, Phillips 66 owns a 50% interest in Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LLC (CPChem), a major global producer of petrochemicals and plastics. CPChem’s portfolio includes olefins, polyolefins (notably polyethylene), aromatics, normal alpha olefins, polyalphaolefins, and a range of specialty chemicals used across packaging, automotive, construction, consumer goods, and industrial applications. CPChem operates an international manufacturing footprint across North America, Europe, and the Middle East. Beyond the joint venture, Phillips 66’s Marketing & Specialties business also provides selected specialty products such as lubricants, base oils, waxes, and specialty fluids that interface with chemical value chains.
