PT Pertamina Hulu Energi Masela is an Indonesian upstream oil and gas company and a wholly-owned subsidiary of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE), the upstream subholding of PT Pertamina (Persero). It holds a 20% participating interest in the Masela Block Production Sharing Contract in eastern Indonesia.

The company is a joint venture partner in the INPEX-operated Abadi LNG and CCS Project, developing the Abadi gas field in the Arafura Sea. Located approximately 170-180 kilometers southwest of the Tanimbar Islands in Maluku Province, the project targets production of 9.5 million metric tons of LNG annually, 150 million standard cubic feet per day of domestic pipeline gas, and 35,000 barrels per day of condensate. The PSC extends until 2055.
