Institut Català de Finances (ICF) is the public development finance institution of the Government of Catalonia. Established in 1985 and headquartered in Barcelona, it is mandated to improve access to financing for companies and projects based in Catalonia, with a focus on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), entrepreneurs, and strategic investments.
