ENH (Empresa Nacional de Hidrocarbonetos, E.P.; National Hydrocarbon Company) is Mozambique’s state-owned oil and gas company. It represents the Mozambican state in the hydrocarbons sector and manages the government’s interests in petroleum exploration, development, production, and related infrastructure.

The company partners with international operators across upstream and midstream projects and supports the development of the natural gas value chain in Mozambique, including liquefied natural gas (LNG), domestic gas supply, pipelines, and storage. ENH’s mandate includes promoting resource monetization, fostering local participation in the sector, and contributing to the country’s energy and industrial development.
