The Caspian Pipeline Consortium-R (CPC-R), legally АКЦИОНЕРНОЕ ОБЩЕСТВО "КАСПИЙСКИЙ ТРУБОПРОВОДНЫЙ КОНСОРЦИУМ-Р", operates the Russian section of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) system. Established in 1997 and based in Novorossiysk, Russia, it manages a 1,510 km oil pipeline transporting crude from Kazakhstan's Tengiz, Kashagan, and Karachaganak fields, as well as Russian fields, to the Novorossiysk-2 Marine Terminal on the Black Sea for export.

The CPC is a multinational venture with major shareholders including Russia's Transneft (24%), Kazakhstan's KazMunayGas (19%), Chevron (15%), Lukoil (12.5%), ExxonMobil (7.5%), and Rosneft-Shell (7.5%). Commissioned in 2001 with capacity up to 1.4 million barrels per day, it serves as Kazakhstan's primary oil export route. In 2025, CPC transported 83.33 million tonnes of oil.
