Allnex GmbH, operating as allnex, is a German multinational specialty chemicals company and a leading global producer of industrial coating resins and additives. It supplies products for architectural, industrial, protective, automotive, and specialty coatings, as well as inks, adhesives, and sealants. Its portfolio includes liquid resins, radiation-cured resins, powder resins, waterborne resins, crosslinkers, and additives used across wood, metal, plastic, and other surfaces.

Headquartered in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, allnex maintains a worldwide manufacturing and sales presence in approximately 100 countries and employs around 4,000 people. The company was formed in 2013 following the acquisition of Cytec’s Coating Resins business and later merged with Nuplex Industries. In 2021, it was acquired by PTT Global Chemical (GC), becoming a key part of GC’s shift toward higher-value specialty chemicals. Its operations support applications in diverse end-markets while emphasizing sustainable and low-VOC solutions.
