ADNOC Onshore, legally Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Petroleum Operations Ltd. and formerly known as ADCO, is a subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), which is wholly owned by the Abu Dhabi Government. Headquartered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, the company conducts onshore oil and gas exploration, production, and operations.
It manages a concession spanning about 12,000 square kilometers and operates 11 oil and gas fields across assets including Bab, North East Bab, Bu Hasa, and South East. ADNOC Onshore also oversees export terminals at Jebel Dhanna and Fujairah along with associated pipelines.
The company serves as operator for projects such as the Bab Gas Cap development, in which ADNOC holds a 60% stake alongside partners including bp (10%), TotalEnergies (10%), CNPC (8%), INPEX (5%), ZhenHua Oil (4%), and GS Energy (3%).
