Algerian Desalination Company SPA (ADC Spa) is a public company founded in 2001 and a wholly owned subsidiary of the Sonatrach Group. Formerly known as Algerian Energy Company (AEC), it was renamed in October 2025. Headquartered in Algiers, Algeria, ADC promotes and develops large-scale seawater desalination projects, either independently or through partnerships with foreign companies. Its activities focus on building and operating desalination plants to support industrial water supply and national drinking water needs, contributing to Algeria's water security initiatives.
