ACWA Power is a Saudi-based developer, investor, and operator of power generation and desalinated water plants. Headquartered in Riyadh and listed on the Saudi Exchange, the company structures and manages long-term offtake contracts with government and industrial customers across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.

Its portfolio spans renewable and conventional power assets—including solar PV, concentrated solar power (CSP), wind, and gas-fired generation—alongside large-scale seawater desalination using reverse osmosis and thermal technologies. ACWA Power also develops projects in green hydrogen and green ammonia in partnership with industrial stakeholders. The company’s assets supply electricity and water to national grids, urban centers, and energy- and water-intensive industries such as petrochemicals and fertilizers.
