Accolade Holding, a.s. (Accolade Group) is a Czech investment company founded in 2011 and headquartered in Prague. It develops, owns and leases industrial parks and commercial real estate primarily for e-commerce, logistics and manufacturing clients across the Czech Republic, Poland, Germany, Slovakia and other European countries. The portfolio includes dozens of BREEAM- and DGNB-certified properties totaling several million square meters, with a focus on brownfield revitalization. Accolade also owns Brno-Tuřany Airport. In 2024 it leased space in its Business Park Karlovy Vary to WACKER for a new silicone production facility.
