CEPSA and Bio Oils to Build Biodiesel Plant in Huelva, Spain

The €40M plant will produce 200,000 tons of biodiesel annually, creating 35 jobs. It aims to reduce Spain's energy reliance and support renewable energy targets, operational by late 2007.
