The 10 MW plant produces 1,500 tons of green hydrogen annually, cutting 15,000 tons of CO2. It supports sustainable fuel production and aligns with EU climate goals.

The new plant converts 160,000 tons of liquid biomass into renewable diesel components, reducing CO2 by 360,000 tons annually. The fuel will be available at 550 stations in Austria, Czech Republic, and Hungary.

The new plant will recycle 60 kilotonnes of polyolefins annually, boosting high-quality recycled plastics. Construction starts in 2023, with production by 2025, supporting sustainability goals.

The partnership advances chemical recycling of post-consumer plastics, integrating the ReOil pilot plant into the refinery for a circular economy, contributing to the UN's Sustainable Development Goals.

The upgraded plant now produces 60,000 tonnes/year of butadiene, completed on time and under budget. A new butadiene plant in Germany is set to be commissioned in Q2 2015.
