Novotrade Invest to Build Estonia's First Oil Waste Processing Plant
The plant will recycle oil refinery waste into liquid fuel, processing up to 50,000 tons annually. Excess waste will be imported from Poland, Belarus, and Finland. Construction starts summer 2012.
