Worley Limited has secured a contract from Samsung C&T Corporation to provide detailed engineering services for the QatarEnergy LNG Carbon Dioxide Sequestration Project. This initiative focuses on the permanent storage of approximately 4.3 million metric tonnes of CO₂ annually, contributing to Qatar's sustainable development goals.

Execution and Support

The engineering work will be conducted from Worley's Qatar office, with additional support from the Global Integrated Delivery center in India and expertise from teams in Australia. This contract follows Worley's successful completion of the front-end engineering design phase, reinforcing its role in the energy transition.
