Worley joins The Open Group’s Industrial Advanced Nuclear Consortium

Worley has joined the Industrial Advanced Nuclear™ Consortium (IANC), an initiative operated within The Open Group that brings together industrial companies, technology developers and industry leaders.

Consortium focus

The Consortium aims to address the technical, commercial and operational challenges of integrating nuclear energy into industrial facilities and to advance nuclear technologies for industrial applications.

Worley’s contribution

Worley positions its contribution as leveraging decades of experience supporting nuclear projects across the asset lifecycle and a track record of delivering complex industrial and energy projects worldwide to help make industrial nuclear integration a reality.

Collaboration and intent

Worley says joining the IANC will strengthen collaboration with customers, technology developers and industry partners. “By sharing our experience in nuclear and complex project delivery, we will help shape the standards, requirements and practical approaches needed to move industrial nuclear projects from concept to implementation,” said Rachelle Goebel, Worley’s SVP for Power, Chemicals and Fuels.
