Symrise repurchased 4.3 million shares under a share buyback due to conclude on 30 October 2026, with repurchased shares to be cancelled after completion. The company completed the divestment of its Terpenes business, acquired Floral Concept and invested in Maison Lautier 1795 and organic capacity, including Aroma Molecules.
Outlook
Symrise reaffirmed full‑year 2026 guidance: organic sales growth of 2–4%, an adjusted EBITDA margin of 21.5–22.5% and an adjusted business free cash flow margin above 14%.
