SOCAR began accepting applications on August 21, 2026 for the WIN (What is Next) Open Innovation Program, aimed at integrating innovative ideas and advanced technologies into the energy sector.

The project’s main goal is to test technological solutions that improve oil and gas operations and support the energy transition, working directly with SOCAR specialists to evaluate application possibilities.

Applications are open to startups, technology companies and innovators from anywhere in the world.
