Export milestone
On July 28, the first batch of No.0 automotive diesel exported by Xinjiang Petroleum to Kyrgyzstan cleared customs at Torugart Port, marking the opening of a land-based energy export channel from Xinjiang to Central Asia.
Procedures and coordination
To enable the export, Xinjiang Petroleum tracked international market changes, matched overseas customer needs, and advanced border small-scale trade quota declarations, export permits and hazardous-chemicals appraisals. The company connected with local customs and port units, coordinated cross-border hazardous-chemicals transportation resources, and arranged international transportation qualifications for carriers while adhering to safety control requirements to ensure orderly cross-border transport.
