Sasol rolls out Turbodiesel ULS 10ppm across 20 Western Cape sites

Key highlights
  • Sasol is introducing Turbodiesel ULS 10ppm at 20 participating retail sites in the Western Cape.
  • The diesel contains no more than 10 ppm sulphur and will replace 50ppm diesel at those locations.
  • 10ppm diesel is intended to support cleaner engine operation and compatibility with advanced exhaust after‑treatment systems in newer vehicles.
  • Customers will continue to earn 30 Sasol Rewards points per litre purchased at participating sites.

Rollout

Sasol has expanded availability of its Turbodiesel ULS 10ppm product to 20 participating retail sites in the Western Cape. The product will be offered at selected forecourts and identified by dedicated pump and grade decals and forecourt branding.

Fuel specification and compatibility

Turbodiesel ULS 10ppm contains no more than 10 parts per million sulphur. Compared with higher‑sulphur grades, the 10ppm specification supports cleaner engine operation and is compatible with advanced exhaust after‑treatment systems found in many newer diesel vehicles.

Forecourt identification and rewards

The 10ppm grade will replace 50ppm diesel at the participating locations. Customers purchasing the product will continue to earn 30 Sasol Rewards points per litre.

Regional context

The Western Cape rollout follows earlier coastal introduction of the product in KwaZulu‑Natal in 2024 and builds on an existing inland 10ppm offering.
