Appointment

The Supervisory Board of Röhm GmbH has appointed Goswin Uehlenbruck as Chief Financial Officer of Röhm GmbH with effect from June 1, 2026. He will assume the role from Martin Krämer, who will leave Röhm on June 1 after more than six years as Chief Financial Officer and Labor Director; Krämer will continue in his current role until the end of May.

Background on Uehlenbruck

Uehlenbruck studied mechanical engineering and business administration at RWTH Aachen University and has worked in the chemical industry for 27 years. Since 2019 he has been responsible for the global controlling and finance function of Röhm and at the beginning of 2026 took on the role of CFO for the Americas region. He brings more than twelve years of experience in international finance and held senior management positions at Evonik Industries—including head of the Coatings Resins and Chlorosilane businesses and Operations Management for integrated silicon activities—with several years of international experience in the USA.
