Project Overview

Reju has announced the selection of Lacq, France, for its new Regeneration Hub, aimed at transforming post-consumer textiles into high-quality recycled polyester. The facility will utilize Reju's proprietary depolymerization technology to convert textile waste into rBHET, a regenerated raw material for new polyester production.

Environmental Impact

With 121 million tonnes of textiles discarded annually and only 1% recycled, the hub addresses a significant environmental challenge. By converting waste into valuable materials, the project supports France's leadership in circular, low-carbon industrial innovation.
