  • Facility will be built in IRPC's eco-industrial zone in Rayong and targets polypropylene (#5) recycling for Southeast Asian offtake.
  • Program requires at least 20% of the stated total investment be committed within six months of certification.
  • Project is part of PureCycle's roadmap to reach 1 billion pounds of installed polypropylene recycling capacity by 2030.

FastPass Admission

The Thailand Board of Investment admitted PureCycle (Thailand) to the FastPass Investment Acceleration Program under Project No. E682982, granting facilitated access to approvals and permits to start operations; the certificate is valid from May 6, 2026 through December 31, 2028.

Project Details

The FastPass covers PureCycle’s planned polypropylene (#5) recycling facility to be built in IRPC’s eco‑industrial zone in Rayong and is intended to support regional feedstock supply and offtake across Southeast Asia; the project is part of PureCycle’s plan to reach one billion pounds of installed polypropylene recycling capacity by 2030.

Conditions and Timeline

The program is for large-scale, strategic technology investments and aims to compress the timeline from commitment to operation through coordinated facilitation by BOI partner agencies; to retain FastPass status the project must invest at least 20% of the stated total within six months of certification, a threshold PureCycle says its current plan meets.
