Board Appointment
Dr. Siri Jirapongphan has been appointed to PureCycle Technologies' board of directors, effective October 28, 2025. He brings extensive experience from his roles as an independent director and Chairman of the Audit Committee at Bangkok Bank PLC, and as a former Minister of Energy for Thailand.
Professional Background
Dr. Jirapongphan holds a doctorate in chemical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering with honors from the California Institute of Technology. His previous roles include Director and Treasurer of the Petroleum and Energy Institute of Thailand Foundation and Chairman of the board of directors of IRPC PLC.
Board Departure
Jeffrey R. Fieler has stepped down from PureCycle's board after more than four years of service. During his tenure, he also served as the interim Chief Financial Officer for nearly three months in 2024.

PureCycle Technologies holds a global license for a patented dissolution recycling technology developed by The Procter & Gamble Company.
