Role and Responsibilities
Philipp Andree will lead EEW's efforts to strengthen its strategic positioning in energy, climate, and circular economy discussions at both national and European levels. His focus will include CO₂ reduction, carbon capture and utilisation (CCU), and carbon capture and storage (CCS). He aims to clarify the role of thermal waste utilisation in a circular economy.

Andree brings extensive experience from his previous roles, including work at the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce (DIHK) and as managing director of the German Association of Climate Protection Companies. His background involves projects and political initiatives in energy, climate, and circular economy sectors.
