Project Overview

Perstorp and E.ON have initiated a significant infrastructure project to enhance power capacity at the Perstorp Industrial Park in Sweden. This initiative aims to nearly double the current power capacity, facilitating expansion for existing tenants and accommodating new ones.

Infrastructure Developments

The project involves strengthening E.ON's network across several substations in Skåne and Småland counties. Additionally, a new overhead line will be constructed outside the industrial park, and a new receiving station will be established, jointly owned by E.ON and Perstorp, near the park.

Timeline

The new grid station is scheduled to be operational by 2028, with the entire project, including new substations and upgrades within the park, expected to be completed by 2029.
