Operationally, the production and marketing of monochloroacetic acid (MCAA) will be integrated directly into PCC Rokita, which produces chlorine — the key raw material for MCAA — to centralise management and pursue process optimisations and synergies. The issuance of the new shares requires approval at a PCC Rokita general meeting and the transaction will be completed once the newly issued shares are registered in the Polish register.
