PCC MCAA Sp. z o.o. is a Polish chemical manufacturer headquartered in Brzeg Dolny. The company produces monochloroacetic acid (MCAA) and ultra-pure MCAA with low dichloroacetic acid content. It operates at the PCC Group's Brzeg Dolny site, using chlorine feedstock supplied by PCC Rokita SA.
Established in 2010 as a subsidiary of PCC SE, PCC MCAA commenced MCAA production in 2016. In June 2026, PCC SE signed a letter of intent to contribute PCC MCAA Sp. z o.o. and MCAA SE to PCC Rokita SA through a share swap, aiming to integrate MCAA production and marketing into the group's Chlor & Derivatives business. The transaction remains subject to approvals and conditions.
