Ørsted Names Simon Ashley as New Chief HR Officer

Leadership Transition

Henriette Fenger Ellekrog will conclude her role as Ørsted's Chief HR Officer by 1 June 2026, after serving since June 2019. She has been instrumental in enhancing Ørsted's workplace appeal and organizational efficiency.

New Appointment

Simon Ashley, with over 18 years at BP, will assume the role of Chief HR Officer on 1 August 2026. His experience in global transformations and people leadership is expected to support Ørsted's strategic goals.
