Procurement Operations

Annually, ORLEN conducts nearly 5,000 procurement procedures, with 1,000 contracts exceeding PLN 1 million. These cover over 300 spend categories, including investment, production, and distribution.

Future Investments

Over the next decade, ORLEN plans to allocate up to PLN 380 billion for development and investment initiatives aimed at enhancing energy security in Poland and the region. This will involve thousands of procurement processes each year.

Certification Process

During certification, ORLEN demonstrated alignment of its procurement strategy with organizational objectives, efficient and transparent practices, and high standards in supplier management, ethical conduct, regulatory compliance, and corporate social responsibility.

Recognition and Standards

The CIPS certification, valid for two years, highlights ORLEN's commitment to transparency and best practices in procurement. ORLEN is currently one of only two companies in Poland to hold this distinction.
