Introduction

Indorama Ventures Public Company Limited has launched a new range of skin-friendly PET fibers and filament yarns under the brand deja™ Care. These products are designed for apparel applications and have been tested against 17 harmful chemicals.

Certifications

The fibers and yarns meet several industry standards, including OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, DIN EN 71-3, and ISO 17294-2, ensuring their safety for skin-sensitive applications.

Production and Environmental Impact

Manufactured in fully integrated facilities in Asia, deja™ Care fibers offer end-to-end control and traceability. The production process uses more environmentally friendly chemicals, resulting in cleaner wastewater and reduced sludge generation, supporting eco-friendly manufacturing practices.

Applications

These fibers are suitable for a variety of skin-sensitive apparel, such as maternity wear, underwear, infant and children’s wear, and school uniforms. They have already proven effective in hygiene applications like baby wipes and diapers.
